Want the best in active adult living in the Charlotte, NC area? Then you need to consider Cresswind Charlotte, by Kolter Homes. In this video, I’m going to tell you why- and take you through their 9 on-site model homes.
Before we start the tour- what makes Cresswind special? Location, price, value and amenities. Located less than 30 minutes from Uptown Charlotte, Cresswind is only minutes from essential shopping and medical services. Prices, without any homesite premium or options, start in the high $300,000s. And, you can’t beat what you get for their $249 monthly HOA fee- basic internet and cable TV, security monitoring services and lawn maintenance. I’ll tell you about their fabulous amenities near the end of this video.
Let’s Begin the 9 Model Tour:
The Ashford, a 2 bed/2 bath home that checks in near 1500 square feet. Prices start around $365,000. The Beechwood is 2 beds and 2 baths. and has more of an open plan. It also is around 1500 square feet and prices start in the high 300s. The Cypress offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, has a kitchen and cafe area, is nearly 1800 square feet, and starts in the highs 300s.
The Dogwood is the most popular model. In fact, my buyers are building this one. It has 2 beds and 2 baths, a den (or optional 3rd bedroom) and is around 1800 square feet. Prices start near 400,000. The Laurel is larger, at around 2000 square feet, 2 beds and 2 baths, den or optional 3rd bedroom, and a fancy foyer, priced around 415 to start. Here’s the Hickory Model. Priced in the mid 400s, you get 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths….and a dedicated dining room. Size is around 2100 square feet and priced in the mid 400s. The Maple has a dynamite gourmet kitchen, breakfast and dining areas, 3 beds and 2 and 1/2 baths, and stretches out over 2200 square feet with a starting price tag in the mid 400s.
The Oakside is the 2nd largest home at about 2400 square feet with a beautiful dining room, and prices start in the high 400s for this 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath home. Finally, number 9 is the Redwood- the largest model on the on-site tour at over 2500 square feet. You get a separate dining room, living room and great room, 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, the Redwood starts in the high 400-thousands.
All homes come with a 2-car garage and covered lanai, and there are options for additional bonus, bath and storage spaces upstairs. By the way, you’ll need 15% down to go under contract here at Cresswind Charlotte. Time to check out the amenities: indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, yoga and arts and crafts studio, lounge, game room, multi-purpose room, demonstration kitchen and pickleball, tennis and bocce ball courts.
