Opportunities for new homes in Huntersville don’t come along very often but Mattamy Homes has created Roseshire Chase, giving you the chance to purchase one of 36 new construction home opportunities there.

Mattamy offer 5 floor plans. One plan, the Avalon, has the primary suite on the main level. All homes have Hardie Color-Plus siding on the outside, decorative stone wrap foundations, and covered back patios. All homes come with fully sodded Bermuda grass and a professionally designed front planter bed.
