This may be the last luxury new home community to be built on Lake Norman! Lakeside Pointe features over a mile of lakefront, unbeatable amenities, boat slips and waterfront access for all residents.

Beechwood Carolinas is building 215 homes- 45 will be waterfront homes. They offer 12 floor plans, ranging in size from about 2200 to 5800 square feet. You can customize your home in their design center. Off-water single family homes start around $630,000. Waterfront homes, all of which come with a basement that you can choose to come finished, start around 1.3 Million.

The Beacon Club is their crown jewel on this 83 acre new home community. The club will be around 8,000 square feet and feature indoor-outdoor lounges, fitness rooms, warming kitchen, outdoor pool and fire pit and 270 degree views of Lake Norman.

Lakeside Pointe is located in Sherrills Ford, NC, which is about a 40 minute ride north of Charlotte.
