The community will feature a pool and cabana. Homes just started selling here so prices may not be as low in the coming months as more homes are released for sale. Many homes at Shepherds Landing cost under $400,000. It’s becoming difficult to find new construction homes in Mooresville, NC in the $300,000s.

The builder, Meritage Homes, uses spray foam insulation in all its homes, which makes them energy efficient and quiet. This community is only a few minutes from all the shopping and dining in downtown Mooresville, NC.
