A total of 70 homes are planned. All homes and options are fully designed and built by Eastwood Homes before they are put up for sale. But they don’t come with just the basics. Each home has nice upgrades. These are not cookie-cuter homes.

There is a model home on site

The Cypress Model is one of the most popular at Dogwood Grove. And, it happens to be the furnished model on site. The Cypress floorplan is a two-story, four-bedroom, three-bath home with a formal dining room, a first-floor guest suite with a full bath, and a kitchen with an island and pantry. The second floor features the primary suite, two additional bedrooms, a hall bath, a laundry room, and an oversized loft area. The 3rd floor option adds a bedroom and another bathroom, bringing the home close to 2900 square feet. Pricing on the 3-floor, 5bed, 4 bath Cypress can push the price tag over $490,000.

As of August 1st, Dogwood Grove had 6 homes ready to purchase- a Cypress model, a Drexel, 2 Davidsons, a Wilmington and an Avery ranch plan. Pricing all all 6 range from the mid to high 400,000s. You’ll need to put down a $15,000 earnest deposit at time of contract. Eastwood Homes is currently running some super incentives to assist you with closing costs.
