Encore at Harmony is a brand new 55+ community by David Weekley Homes. It’s located in Harrisburg, NC, which is just to the northeast of Charlotte. It’s a 25 minute drive to the city.

One of the things I like about David Weekley is that they use tall windows and extra large fixed pane windows that allow tons of light inside. And I love the oversized zero-entry showers inthe owners suite.

You can choose from 6 ranch floor plans, and each offers many structural options including adding a second floor for bonus space. Homes come with fully sodded yards. All lawn care in INCLUDED in your monthly HOA fee, which is $240. Amenities will include a pool and cabana.

David Weekley is building 87 homes here. Homes range in size from about 1600 to 3300 square feet. Out-the-door pricing currently ranges from the high 400s to the mid 500s. Their on-site model is called The Magnolia. It’s a ranch with about 2500 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a storage area and a flex room. Expect to pay around $530,000 for a nicely outfitted Magnolia.
