Matt, for 40 years I have trained hundreds of sale representatives, telling them how important follow-up and customer service is to success. You exceeded what Joeanne and I would expect. You listened to our needs and helped us find our dream home. You and Eloise were easy to work with and didn’t mind our sometimes direct opinion about some of the homes you showed us. You kept trying and finally you succeeded. You both have been helpful beyond what one would expect. You never said you couldn’t do it. We needed a landscaper and you found us one, along with the 30 other contractors. You went from real estate agents to friends. I would recommend you with a “both thumbs up”.
