M/I Homes offers 11 floor plans here, and they will be building 133 homes. Home sizes range from around 2600 to 4000 square feet, and offer 4 to 6 bedrooms. You have the option to purchase one of their quick move-in homes or pick a lot and build from the ground-up and choose your finishes. Homes feature 9 foot ceilings on the first and second floors, and they all have James Hardie cement board siding. Kitchens feature GE appliances. Landscaping includes full Bermuda sod. Prices range from the $600,000s to the $800,000s.

In my video, I tour their on-site model called the Sonoma. It has 5 bedrooms, and 4.5 baths, a 3-car garage, and checks in at 3,524 square feet. A Sonoma will run you around $760,000 with a decent amount of upgrades included.
