Lot sizes in this community average 1/4 to 1/3 of an acre. All lots back to woods. 41 homes will be built here, and they all have 5 bedrooms. No vinyl siding- it’s all fiber cement and stone. You have 5 models to choose from ,and they range in size from about 2700 to 3600 square feet. Another unusual feature is that the second story has the same ceiling height as the first floor- 9 feet.
