I’ve never seen such a large ranch plan from a production builder. Adding in the optional upstairs to the home pushes the heated living space over 3500 square feet!
Rooms in the Dunwoody Way are large. You’ll find 9 foot ceilings on the first floor. There are a TON of options to select, and this gives you a true feeling of building a custom, luxury home. It is open plan living at its best. Prices for the Dunwoody Way add up fast. You must factor in the base price, lot premium and options. The cost with the upstairs included will put you well into the $600,000s. If you wanted to leave off the upstairs, then the square footage comes in around 2,430 square feet, along with a lower price tag.
As of April 17, 2022, Pulte Homes has 10 lots left to sell where you could build your own Dunwoody Way at Vermillion in Huntersville. You’ll need to put down $55,000 for an earnest money deposit.
